I Feel Good...
Henk van Twillert 40 years career
Henk van Twillert celebrated his 40 years of career at the Teatro Aveirense, Aveiro, on 30 November 2019 with a Gala concert “I Feel Good…”
Aveiro was the city that welcomed him, under the “hand” of Fernando Valente. It was from Aveiro that Henk van Twillert arrived and left for tours in Portugal with the Amsterdam Saxophone Quartet and the Amsterdam String Quintet.
Recognizing the affection and the warm way he was received by the Aveirenses, it was in Aveiro that Henk decided to make the basis of his life, when the opportunity arose to open the first saxophone course in Portugal, at ESMAE.
I Feel Good… at Teatro Aveirense was about friendship, gratitude and sharing of joy with musicians and public.
